David J. Pacini

Mr. Pacini joined Sutter Securities in January 2007.  Prior to Sutter, Mr. Pacini co-founded Capital Strategies Group LLC, a privately held financial advisory and investment firm.  Mr. Pacini has substantial transaction and advisory experience serving companies in areas including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, restructurings and corporate financial strategy and planning.  Mr. Pacini also co-founded Kelmscott Communications LLC, a graphics communications company implementing a leveraged build-up strategy.  From 1986-1996, Mr. Pacini was an investment banker with Bear, Stearns and Co. Inc. in San Francisco completing numerous transactions for clients in a wide range of industries. Mr. Pacini has a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco.  He is a Certified Public Accountant, and began his business career with KPMG Peat Marwick.
