Sutter is seeking to hire a Product Manager for an innovative tech enabled investment bank with an international presence.
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the roadmap to expand and enhance the Company’s service offerings in investment banking.
What you’ll do:
- Build a product roadmap
- Collaborate with the local leadership team and with the offshore Engineering team to develop strategies, product requirements, specifications, user stories, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction into the market and enhancements
- Serve as the Marketing Manager
- Research and monitor the overall market conditions to keep abreast of the competition, conduct win-loss analysis, and create differentiators for our product
- Collaborate with various teams such as Development and Operations to identify opportunities and address areas of concern
- Provide expertise and training as needed in support of product development
- Establish measurements for product and a tracking system to be used for regular review
- Monitor the key metrics of the business from customer adoption thru operational performance

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business, finance, economics, marketing, engineering or related field: MBA preferred
- Experience in Fintech and Securities
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with blockchain technology
- 5+ years of product management, project management, marketing, design, or development / engineering experience, particularly within the financial services industry
- 5+ years of experience in a role that demonstrates the ability to understand and articulate technical specifications and roadmaps
- Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with collaboration tools including video conferencing
- Experience with product management and development tools, such as Aha, Visual Studio (TFS/VSTS), Jira, and ProductPlan.
- Strong people leadership skills and ability to collaborate with staff in remote locations, in person and via technology
- Strong project management skills and ability to deliver objectives on time
- Impeccable communication skills and reliability
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time
